Katherine Soverel is a Senior Associate at Organizational Performance Group (OPG).

Katherine has experience in nonprofit management, operations, technology integration, and stakeholder engagement. She has served as Chief Operating Officer at HexIQ and Coria, where she directed daily operations and led a high-performing, multinational team delivering complex healthcare data products. In addition to her role at HexIQ, Katherine served as Executive Director of the Maine Veterinary Medical Association.

Katherine holds an M.B.A. from Boston University, with coursework focused on public and nonprofit administration. She also completed an intensive language program at Zhejiang University in China and earned a B.A. in Political Science from Barnard College.
