Jason Kitayama is a Senior Associate at Organizational Performance Group (OPG).

Jason brings over 25 years of healthcare and higher education experience to OPG helping individuals and groups work better together. At OPG, Jason focuses on leadership development
and coaching, which includes co-teaching of OPG’s two-day Manager Bootcamp and four-day Abundance Leadership Immersion Program.

Prior to OPG, Jason was a Senior Vice President at Fulcrum Research Group, a full-service
market research firm. In his time at Fulcrum, he conducted and analyzed hundreds of
interviews using in-depth techniques such as emotion mining and non-rational drivers of
choice. As a member of Fulcrum’s leadership team, and head of firm operations, he oversaw
staffing, recruiting, training, and the development and implementation of the firm’s core
values.

Throughout his career, Jason has accumulated a broad set of experiences and industry
exposure having held industry-side positions at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Boston
Scientific Corporation, and Harvard University, as well as consulting roles at Huron Consulting
and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young. He has taught business strategy as an adjunct professor at
Emmanuel College and Bentley University.

Jason holds a BS in Business Administration from Emmanuel College, an MBA from the Fuqua
School of Business at Duke University, and he is an ICF-Certified organizational development
coach.
