Chanel serves as OPG’s Client Services and Marketing Assistant. In addition to supporting the Principals and staff, Chanel works with OPG’s clients to ensure their experience with OPG is exceptional.

She is responsible for event and retreat coordination and planning, developing and strengthening the firm’s marketing strategies and direction, and promoting OPG’s presence through marketing communications and community outreach.

Before joining OPG, Chanel honed her customer service skills in roles with both larger corporations like Unilever, where she worked as a Customer Service Analyst and a Logistics Coordinator, as well as smaller businesses in the health care industry where she was able to create meaningful relationships with patients and see firsthand the impact that health has on a community.

Chanel graduated from Fisher College in Boston, Massachusetts with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. She enjoys hiking, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
