Cathy Sauli is a diligent and personable executive with mastery in accounting, change management, process innovation, and team development. Through her expertise, Cathy brings her analytic approach to problem solving to lead teams through process improvements, manage performance goals, and strategize best practices.
Cathy’s accomplishments include implementing a financial strategy that improved profits and operations while reducing costs at Bouyea & Associates. At Cartus as an Accounting Director, Cathy saved $1.2 million in transitional phases for the firm through her leadership of over 70 employees.
Cathy holds an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources from Perdue University, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Ashford University.
Outside the office, Cathy is a volunteer for the Newtown Veterans of Foreign Wars and for United Way. She is an avid reader, enjoys running and hiking with her Black Lab Daisy, and is a cycler.
