Ana Singletary is a Senior Associate at Organizational Performance Group (OPG), where her work centers on coaching individuals and teams to realize their full potential, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and navigate growth, transition, and change with clarity and purpose. She brings more than 25 years of experience in financial services, leadership development, employee engagement, and organizational transformation.

Ana’s career spans global financial services institutions including JPMorgan Chase and BNY Mellon, where she partnered with senior executives to help leaders and organizations navigate growth, transition, and change. She has served in senior leadership roles including Chief of Staff for Global Custody Product and Head of Global Employee Engagement, translating leadership vision into people strategies, communication practices, and scalable programs that strengthened culture, talent, and business outcomes.

At BNY Mellon, Ana led the design and implementation of an employee engagement strategy supporting more than 2,000 employees, launching initiatives focused on manager effectiveness, recognition, pay transparency, psychological safety, and workplace culture. As Chief of Staff for Global Custody Product, she partnered with the executive leadership team to scale the organization, and established governance, communication rhythms, and operating practices across a complex global business.

As an executive coach, Ana creates a space grounded in trust, accountability, and authenticity. Trained through an ICF-accredited program at The Coaching and Positive Psychology Institute, Ana brings an inquiry-based coaching approach grounded in strengths, positive psychology, and reflective practice. She helps leaders see themselves more clearly, align their actions with their values, and strengthen how they show up in high-stakes moments.

Ana holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Boston College and is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
