
Agata joined OPG in 2007 as a Research Associate to assist clients with research, including survey design. Currently, as an Associate, Agata is involved in a variety of aspects of strategic planning and organizational development.
Agata received her PhD in experimental social/personality psychology from Yale University in 2010. Her dissertation research examined the stigma of accents in everyday interactions. Her educational background includes an MS and an MPhil from Yale University and a BA in psychology (magna cum laude) and history from Cornell University. She has an extensive training in survey design, qualitative and quantitative data collection, and statistical analysis. Throughout her education, Agata has obtained leadership, administrative, and teaching experiences, and has received several awards and grants. Currently, Agata has a practice in intercultural communication consulting and training.
In her spare time, Agata enjoys the outdoors, hiking, and jogging, and nature and landscape photography.
