Annual Donations
OPG's mission is to use better leadership and organizational practices to help create a better world. As a part of this effort, OPG donates a percentage of our revenue each year to a non-profit. Every January, a list of possible organizations is selected by our staff and is then voted on by our clients, families, and friends.

Each year, all standard operations at OPG shut down for a week so individuals and groups can pursue a new project, innovation, or idea that furthers the mission and vision of the firm. In past charrettes our firm has produced entire strategic plans, written complete books, and developed new service lines.
