Each course will run from 8:30am-4:30pm, Tuesday through Thursday, on dates in accordance to the registration form below. Breakfast and lunch will be served each day. Lodging and additional information will be provided upon registration. If you require special accommodations to participate in the 3-day training program (including dietary restrictions). OPG does request that you make every attempt to attend all three days of the workshop to ensure maximum engagement.

Tuition for this course is $2,200 when participants register 21 days or more before the event begins. Tuition increases to $2,475 when participants register within 21 days of the start of the event. Additionally, there is a $500 materials fee for in-person sessions and a $300 materials fee for virtual sessions.
Discounts are available to individuals paying out of pocket and organizations that meet certain criteria.

If you are paying out of pocket or come from a nonprofit and are unable to pay the standard tuition, you now have the ability to suggest a new amount. If that is the case, we ask for some information on your organization to help in our decision making.

Cancellation Policy
We incur substantial planning and administrative costs prior to the start date of this program, and the number of participants in each course is limited; therefore, the following cancellation fees apply:

Substitution: If you are unable to attend, another person from your firm interested in the program may attend in your place. We allow substitutions up to 15 days in advance of the program start date.
Transfer: If you are unable to attend the scheduled program but would like to attend a future session, you may transfer your registration. We will accommodate your transfer request up to 15 days prior to the start date. Transfers may be applied to a later program date, up to one year after the original program, and registration may be transferred only once.
Cancellation: There is no fee for cancellation more than 30 days prior to the program start date. If registration is cancelled 15-30 days of the program start date, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. If registration is cancelled within 14 days of the program start date, tuition will not be refunded.
Refunds: Program registration fees and cancellation fees can be applied to a future program within one year of the original program start date. After one year, the balance is non-refundable.

OPG is proud of the work we do with our clients, and during our engagements we often strive to capture the perfect “Aha!” moment on camera for clients to treasure in the future. While we often use these photos to inform potential clients on what our courses and workshops are like, we always treat each photograph and video with the total respect that our clients deserve. We will never alter a client’s likeness, portray them in a negative light, or use their likeness without expressed permission.
This is a simple release form to allow OPG to take photos or video during your upcoming workshop. We welcome any questions or concerns you may have.
