Our organizations are often a microcosm of our nation. We have divides along political ideology, race, gender, and socio-economic lines, to name a few. These divides can also appear within our organizations, making it difficult to build teams that move our organizations towards achieving a common goal or mission.

This virtual program will explore how to build solid, capable teams that focus on the goals and mission of your organization, both in spite of and working with those divides. We as leaders and managers can help people learn to work with and resolve their differences, which not only improves our organizations but also improves our communities. Our panel of leaders has had to navigate these challenges in their organizations and are prepared to discuss their successes and struggles.
