Free 1-Hour Mastering Group Facilitation Alumni Workshop: Energize Your Virtual Meetings
October 13 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm EDT
While we are accustomed to designing and facilitating gatherings in person, the new reality of a global pandemic has many organizations operating virtually, which has radically altered how we meet. The online format has significant benefits – safety, efficiency, and accessibility, to name a few. It also presents plenty of new challenges for facilitators, from managing participant engagement to remote collaboration to the all too familiar screen fatigue.
OPG is proud to present a free new workshop for MGF Alumni who are ready to boost their master facilitation skills in the virtual world. In this 1-hour virtual meeting facilitation workshop, OPG will cover tips related to:
- Designing virtual meetings that energize and prevent video conference fatigue
- Modifying meeting norms for the virtual environment
- Troubleshooting common virtual meeting challenges
- Rethinking the power of common video conference features, such as breakout rooms, the chat, and the mute button
