It is in group events – meetings, workshops, retreats, and more – that much of our work is accomplished and connections made between people. Group events are most effective when led by powerful and transformative facilitators; leaders, managers, committee chairs, and anyone leading groups on a regular basis can become a powerful and transformative facilitator. Mastering Group Facilitation provides the tactics, theories, and self-awareness practice to help you become a superb facilitator. Along the way, in this three-day workshop, you’ll discover tools and techniques that will transform other parts of your life because parenting, marriages, friendships, and all forms of relationship are improved through the same tools that produce good facilitation and dialogue.

Pricing based on your ability to pay:
As OPG grows and looks for better ways to live into our mission, we are exploring ways to make MGF available to anyone who might want to benefit from this course and change the way their organization operates. We are proud to present pricing on a sliding scale: Starting from a base tuition of $500 to cover our costs and materials, we now leave it to you to tell us what you can pay. We ask for some information on your organization to help in our decision making, and may request a call if we have some questions!
Space: We will only be accepting 30 registrations for this run of MGF.
