When you feel included and engaged, do you do a better job?
Are you ready to work well together and produce much better results?
Liberating Structures is an organization that has developed a variety of highly effective tools for engaging people in group settings. “Five conventional structures guide the way we organize routine interactions and how groups work together: presentations, managed discussions, open discussions, status reports and brainstorm sessions. Liberating Structures add 33 more options to the big five conventional approaches.” (www.liberatingstructures.com)
Liberating Structures : Including and unleashing everyone
In this half-day workshop, Laura will introduce you to the five conventional approaches and provide you with an opportunity to practice or observe several of Liberating Structures’ 33 exercises from ‘Improv Prototyping’ to Wise Crowds.’
