Grounded in the research of Abundance Leadership, this immersive experience invites senior and mid-level leaders to examine the beliefs that shape both their leadership and their organization’s health.
Before the program begins, participants complete a 360° Abundance Leadership assessment benchmarked against hundreds of leaders. The program unfolds across two two-day sessions held approximately three months apart, allowing you to apply insights and experiment with new leadership approaches between sessions.
In this program, you will:
- Examine the beliefs and patterns shaping your leadership
- Understand how abundance and scarcity mindsets influence culture and performance
- Explore techniques to strengthen trust, ownership, innovation, and organizational health
- Develop a practical plan to embed abundance more fully within your team or organization
Session One: Focus on the inner work of leadership and how abundance or scarcity shapes your decisions and relationships.
Session Two: Translate these insights into organizational impact by identifying actions that cultivate abundant and thriving organizations.
This is not a theoretical program. It is a disciplined, research-based immersion that enables senior leaders to achieve outstanding results, cultivate resilient organizations, and create meaningful impact in the world.
