The United States will be over 50% non-white or multi-racial by 2045. This means that patients, doctors, staff, and other constituents of healthcare systems will be predominantly non-white. However, it is now well documented through solid research that people receive different quality and levels of healthcare based on their gender, ethnicity, and race.
