Unlock knowledge of your personality type to increase awareness of how you most typically lead and discover how to best interact with other personality types to maximize your effectiveness.
In this workshop we explore the MBTI as a leadership tool. Participants learn the individual strengths of their personality type so that they can maximize their ability to interact successfully with diverse types and leverage the collective strengths of their teams. The MBTI is based on the work of Carl Jung and is a self-report instrument that serves as a preference indicator – there are no “right” answers; it is simply used to determine preference, which can then be translated into specific and practical leadership strategies.
